Cold roll forming is the process of passing coiled steel strip through a rolling mill containing a series of pre-designed lower and upper rolls that gradually and progressively add bends and contours to the strip in order to manufacture the required final profile.


Advantages offered by cold rolling:


  • Highly accurate continuous process offering a repeatable quality product.

  • Vast range of profile shape customisation possibilities. 

  • Long length capability of up to 25m.


A range of value added processes are also available including hole punching, notching, zinc plating, painting, laser welding and laser profiling.
